When you or your child experiences the world differently, it can feel exhausting, confusing, and deeply isolating. Whether it’s navigating a world that wasn’t built for your brain or carrying the invisible weight of grief, loss, or trauma, feeling misunderstood is real and can be deeply painful.

Simple tasks like starting homework, staying focused in conversations, or keeping up with daily routines may feel much harder than they should. Over time, these challenges may impact self-esteem and can lead to anxiety, depression, and a sense of feeling disconnected from others. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and young adults in moving past shame and self-doubt toward a life where they feel truly seen, supported, and valued.

My Approach: Curiosity, Collaboration, and Strength-Based

Therapy shouldn’t be about “fixing” a person, but understanding them. I view therapy as a warm, collaborative studio, a space for curiosity, reflection, and growth. Together, we explore your history, relationships, environments, and nervous system patterns that shape your unique view of the world. By identifying your existing strengths and resources, we build practical tools that work for your brain (not against it) and empower you.

My practice is grounded in:

  • A Nonjudgmental Foundation: Healing requires safety. I offer a space where vulnerability is met with steadiness and respect. By normalizing your experiences and practicing active listening, we reduce shame and create room for real change.

  • Neuro-Affirming Care: Differences are not deficits. I celebrate creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, and diverse ways of learning. We work together to navigate school, work, and relationships authentically and sustainably.

  • Resilience and Perseverance: Insight is powerful, but not always enough. My goal is to help clients build practical skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, advocate for their needs, and cultivate meaningful relationships.

Expertise in Crisis, Trauma, and Grief

In addition to neurodevelopmental support (ADHD and Autism), I bring specialized training in trauma, crisis response, and grief work. I hold a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Master’s degree in Crisis and Trauma from Tel Aviv University. My clinical work includes extensive experience in psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention, ensuring that our work together is both compassionate and grounded in science.

Whether your family is navigating a sudden crisis, the long-term impact of trauma, or the complexities of grief, I provide steady, informed guidance to help you and your family find ease and balance.

Identity and Community Resonance

A sense of belonging is central to healing. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care and supporting diverse identities. As a member of the Jewish community, I also offer a space attuned to the lived experiences, traditions, and concerns of Jewish individuals and families.

Areas of Focus:

  • Neurodevelopmental Support: ADHD, Autism, and sensory processing for all ages.

  • Grief and Trauma: Specialized support for families in crisis or navigating loss.

  • Anxiety and Mood: Managing the exhaustion and overthinking that come with neurodivergence or life transitions.

  • Multicultural Care: Supporting diverse identities and the Jewish community.

If you’re ready to move towards greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust for yourself or your child, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. I would be honored to support your journey.
