INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Join Our Team

Evidence-Based. Collaborative. Empathetic. Values-Based.

We’re building a practice for families who need more than surface-level support. And for clinicians who want to do meaningful, specialized work without burning out.

At Integrated Behavioral Health, we support the whole family: children, tweens, teens, young adults, parents, couples, and families. We also provide comprehensive psychoeducational testing for ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and social-emotional concerns. Our clients come to us during some of the most challenging seasons of family life, and we meet them with empathy, clinical expertise, and evidence-based care.

We’re a collaborative, supportive team that values clinical excellence and genuine human connection. We like weekly consultation, professional growth, and a workplace where you can do your best work. If you’re looking for a practice where you’re respected, resourced, and part of something thoughtfully built, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Choose Integrated Behavioral Health?

Specialized Care

Supported Clinicians

Real Impact

We believe the highest quality care starts with a well-supported clinician. We’re not just a private practice. We’re a specialized community in Denver dedicated to changing how families experience mental health and neurodevelopmental support.

We don’t do volume-first. We care about clinical fit, evidence-based modalities, and matching families with the right provider. That same philosophy extends to our team: we want clinicians to feel respected, well-compensated, and part of something meaningful.

The same care we give families, we give our clinicians:

Clinical Collaboration
You won’t be on an island. We offer weekly consultation with a psychologist, a culture of shared learning, and colleagues who care about reflective practice. We take goodness-of-fit seriously for clients and for clinicians.
We’re committed to staying at the forefront of pediatric and family mental health. You’ll receive a $500 annual stipend for professional development and training, plus access to a team that’s always sharing resources and insights.
We know that great clinical work requires balance. Enjoy a hybrid schedule, after-school hours (2 to 7pm M-F), and the flexibility to complete documentation remotely. Our modern, furnished office comes with covered parking and full administrative support so you can focus on what you do best.
At Integrated Behavioral Health, providing excellent therapy is one part of what we do. The other part is creating a workplace where clinicians feel proud of their work, supported in their growth, and treated like the professionals they are.
